Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

A major international conference affords an excellent opportunity to raise your profile and forge fresh contacts and business leads. We welcome sponsorship from companies and organisations who wish to show case their products and services and have the opportunity of networking with academics and practitioners in a variety of fields. In order to meet your needs we have put together a number of packages to suit your budget.  An important part of attending a conference is to establish personal contacts and to develop networks with other participants and interested parties from around the world.

             We believe that sponsoring a conference provides an excellent and cost effective vehicle to showcase your commitment to academic excellence and the pursuit of knowledge. Your company will benefit from interaction with a highly focused, motivated, engaged and receptive audience in a relaxed yet purposeful environment.

             As you will see we have deliberately kept the number of potential sponsors to a minimal in order to ensure effective exposure during the conference:

Gold  Sponsors

            The Gold conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding before the event and maximum exposure during the conference. Please note only one Gold Sponsorship package will be available.

            As you will see we have deliberately kept the number of potential sponsors to a minimal in order to ensure effective exposure during the conference:

            Gold sponsor status is priced at £2,200 

Acknowledgements: As the sole Gold sponsor you will be thanked at the opening and the closing of the conference.

Exhibition opportunities:  As the Gold sponsor you are entitled to have a stand in the coffee/registration area of the conference where you can exhibit or demonstrate products if appropriate     .

Conferences Passes:  The Gold Sponsor will be offered 4 complimentary attendee passes and will receive a 50% discount off any further conference places booked.

Conference Website: - Your company will be featured on the conference web site from the time a sponsorship agreement is made or from the time the conference is announced, whichever is appropriate. There is typically a six to nine month lead time to a conference. You are invited to promote your company as the Gold Sponsor to the conference.

Signage: The Gold Sponsor is allowed to provide appropriate signage in the main conference rooms and the conference registration area. The Gold Sponsor’s signage will be more prominently placed than those of any other sponsors.

Promotional Material: As the Gold Sponsor your company name and logo appear more prominently than those of any co-sponsors and will be featured (within productions schedule) in the proceedings, on the conference’s web site, on a display board in the conference registration area and in any other pre-conference promotional material. As the Gold Sponsor you have the opportunity to include your company’s brochure and a gift/giveaway in the attendee pack that is distributed to participants upon registration at the conference.

 
Silver  Sponsors

            The silver conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding before the event and extensive exposure during the conference. Only three Silver sponsorship packages will be made available.

            Silver sponsor status is priced at £1,200

Acknowledgements:  As a Silver Sponsor you will be thanked during the proceedings.

Exhibition Opportunities:  As the Silver Sponsor you are entitled to have a stand in the coffee/registration area of the conference where you can exhibit or demonstrate products if appropriate

Conferences Passes: The Silver Sponsor will be offered 3 complimentary attendee passes and will receive a 25% discount off any further conference places booked..
