Visas and Travel Advice: It is the personal responsibility of all conference delegates to check the requirements with regard to visas. Please give me ample time to make the necessary arrangements. In recent months the Academy has received anecdotal evidence that for some countries visa applications are taking considerably longer. Regardless of your nationality, it is therefore essential that you initiate the application in a timely and professional manner. Please note that the Academy accepts no liability with regard to persons whose visa application is declined for any reason. Transport arrangements and travel insurance are the responsibility of individual delegates.
