Dr Evangelia Fragouli is specialized in Management with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management & Leadership. She holds a PhD and Mphil with distinction from Columbia University, USA, an advanced Master (EdM) with distinction from Harvard University, USA, two BAs and a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Athens, GR, and a Certificate from the European School (collaboration of City University, UK, Athens School of Business, GR & Institute Fondazioni Eni-Enrico Mattei, IT).  She has significant executive experience in the industry serving as R&D Director in EU affiliated organizations, as Scientific Management Advisor of Ministers of the Greek Government, as HRM expert & Director of Education/Development in various public organizations. Member of the Roster Consultant Club in World Bank (USA) also participating in a pilot project of the United Nations, New York (USA). She is currently academic staff member/lecturer in Management (BA, MSc) and Champion of the Chartered Management Institute at School of the Business University of Dundee, UK and, adjunct professor in Management (BA, MBA) Hellenic Open University, GR; She has served as External Examiner at the PG-HRM University of Chester, UK; Assistant Professor at Aarhus University School of Business, Denmark, Visiting Associate Professor in the University of Athens, University of Piraeus, the Aristotele's University of Thessaloniki in Greece, guest speaker on leadership & management subjects in many Universities in China, and elsewhere in Europe. She has published books & research articles in peer review journals and international conference proceedings, and she is an editorial board member & scientific advisory member in many journals. She has served as Article Editor for Sage Publications, book reviewer for Pearson Publications, Oxford University Press, and reviewer in many peer-review journals (Emerald, Elsevier etc.). She is fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), of the Center of Business & Economic Research (CBER), a fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK; also, member of the Academy of Management (USA), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (UK), of the British Academy of Management (UK), the European Academy of Management.
