CBERProfessor Dr. Zulfiqar Ahmad

Professor Dr. Zulfiqar Ahmad is working as Principal, Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore-Pakistan. He completed his Ph.D. dissertation titled “Study of Relationship between Organization Climate and Job Satisfaction of Middle-Level Managers in Pharmaceutical Industry in Pakistan” in 2010. His research interest lies in the field of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Interpersonal Skills. His research work was appreciated and published in national and international reputed journals.  He has served as conference chair and keynote speaker at various national and international forums. 

Professor Dr. Zulfqar Ahmad has 28 years’ experience in teaching, research, and academic counselling. H has served as advisor of the students’ affairs. He is working as Editor-in-Chief of 04 Journals namely Leadership and Organizational Behavior Journal, Journal of Commerce, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Review and Accounting and Finance Horizons
