J. Stagliano is Professor of Accounting in the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.  The initial (1985-95) holder of the Edward G. Sutula Endowed Chair in Accounting, he holds degrees from the Wharton School (B.S.), University of Michigan (MBA), and the University of Illinois (Ph.D.).  The former Chairman of the Department of Accounting and Legal Studies at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, Dr. Stagliano previously served on the faculty at the University of Maryland.  Dr. Stagliano’s research currently is focused in the area of corporate financial disclosures of cyber-risk threats, sustainability efforts, social responsibility/accountability, and environmental costs/liabilities.  His more than 200 research publications have appeared in a wide array of academic journals over the past 40 years.

At present Dr. Lose is the Unit Head for Centre for Entrepreneurship at Nelson Mandela University and a senior researcher.  Dr. Lose’s academic qualifications span the field of Business Management - a PhD and an MBA. Dr. Lose has over 13 years of work experience within the entrepreneurial ecosystem mentored more than 1254 small businesses. As an enthusiastic academic, he published over 46 academic articles in peer-reviewed journals, has fund raised over 100 million. He delivered over 14 entrepreneurial talks international conferences, including the USA, UK and Netherlands. Dr Lose serves in several boards in South Africa.

Zeinab Younis, FHEA, CMgr MCMI, is an Associate Professor of Public Administration at the British University in Egypt (BUE). She directs the Green Economy Research Group under the Farouk ELBAZ sustainability centers of excellence and coordinates the community service committee for the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics, and Political Science. Dr. Younis holds a BA and MPA from the American University in Cairo and a PhD from Cairo University, where she received an award for best thesis. She is also a graduate of the Schulich School of Business's Executive “MINI-MBA” program. With over a decade of experience in higher education, Dr. Younis has taught modules such as Organizational Behavior, Personal Effectiveness, and Contemporary Issues in Leadership. She serves as a personal tutor to undergraduate students, emphasizing the enhancement of their employability through industry-related seminars and practical applications. Her research focuses on agility in new public management, and she has over 20 publications in both local and international journals.

As the Director of the Green Economy Research Group, she promotes cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary publications, and has coordinated the renewal of the Erasmus+ agreement between the University of Economics in Katowice and BUE. Her training awards include Business Innovation, Strategic Management, Employee Engagement, and Public Policy.

I am a holder of a Dr degree in computer sciences degree and a Dr degree in business administration (DBA), with more than 300 articles. Actually, I am a researcher/professor at IBISTM (Europe and MEA). My research field's title is: Enterprise Transformation Projects’ Impacts, AI based Mathematical Models and Enterprise Architecture; mainly intended for Managers, Architects, and Engineers in Complex Business Innovation and Transformation Projects. My Research and Development Projects have an absolute lead in the mentioned fields; even in front of global organizations and corporations. These facts can be verified using search motors (like google search, google scholar or other, https://www.ibistm.org/docs/Lead.pdf). I have developed a related Transformation Research Architecture Development framework (TRADf) to support complex projects. In my RDP and related articles, I work on inspecting AI and enterprise architecture solutions in business and digital transformation projects; in parallel to my academic activities, I work as a consultant in transformation and enterprise architecture projects. TRADf is a pioneering approach that can be implemented by any organization and has the lead in transformation projects’ related topics.

Rear Admiral Musa joined Bangladesh Naval Academy on 27 January 1985 and has 36 years of professional and academic experience. He is a Naval Gunnery Specialist Officer and served as an Instructor at Bangladesh Naval Academy and chief Instructor of the Naval Gunnery and Seamanship School. He has commanded six warships ranging from Patrol Craft to Frigates and the flagship, BNS BANGABANDHU (Guided Missile Frigate). The admiral has served as the Director of four Directorates at Naval Headquarters, namely the Directorate of Plans, Submarine, Naval Aviation and Signals. He also served as Naval Secretary. He commanded the biggest naval establishment of the Bangladesh Navy, BNS ISSA KHAN, in Chattogram. As Area Commander, he performed the duties of Naval Administrative Authority Dhaka and Commander Khulna Naval Area.

The Admiral is the Vice-Chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Bangladesh (BSMRMU). After joining as Vice Chancellor, he has taken the initiative to promote cooperation with various reputed international maritime organizations for joint research academic exchange in maritime cooperation programmes. He has also started 1st Maritime Business Incubator (Startup Blue) to generate innovative business ideas and promote maritime sector entrepreneurship. Before that, the admiral served as the Chairman of the Mongla Port Authority. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the Port handled a record number of ships and cargo, thereby making a new record earning revenue (Tk. 340 crores), the highest in the 70 years of history of Mongla Port. During his tenure, the admiral worked relentlessly to develop the Port and transform it into an international standard port to serve as a Southwestern gateway and a hub for regional connectivity.
