          ::  Communicating the decision regarding acceptance/revision/rejection to the author(s): within 2 to 4 weeks post submission
          ::  The submission deadline for the final version of the abstract/full paper: 15 March 2026
          ::  Early Bird payment discount: Eligible for a 10% discount if payment is received within 2 weeks post acceptance letter issuance.
          ::  Late payment charges: Any payment made after the final submission date, will incur late payment charges. The deadline for final
              payment is 2 weeks prior to the conference date.
