IMPORTANT DATES

          1.  Deadline for draft submission (Abstract/Full paper): 31st October 2026
          2.  Deadline for workshop proposal submission: 31th October 2026
          3.  Communicating the decision regarding acceptance/revision/rejection to the author(s): within 2 to 4 weeks post submission    
          4.  The submission deadline for the final version of the abstract/full paper: 17th November  2026
          5.  Early Bird payment discount: Eligible for a 10% discount if payment is received within 2 weeks post acceptance letter issuance.
          6.  Deadline for Conference registration payment: The date of the final submission
          7.  Late payment charges: Any payment made after the final submission date, will incur late payment charges. The deadline for final payment is 2 weeks prior to the conference date.
