Essential Preparation
It is the personal responsibility of all conference delegates to check the relevant visa requirements. Please allow sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements. In recent months, the Centre has received anecdotal evidence that visa applications for some countries are taking considerably longer to process. Regardless of your nationality, it is therefore essential that you begin your application in a timely and professional manner. Please note that the Centre accepts no liability for any delegate whose visa application is declined for any reason. Transport arrangements and travel insurance remain the responsibility of individual delegates.
