• Deadline for draft submission (Abstract/Full paper): 15^th September 2026
• Deadline for workshop proposal submission: 15^th September 2026
• Communicating the decision regarding acceptance/revision/rejection to the author(s): within 2 to 4 weeks post submission    
• The submission deadline for the final version of the abstract/full paper: 28^th September 2026
• Early Bird payment discount: Eligible for a 10% discount if payment is received within 2 weeks post acceptance letter issuance.
• Late payment charges: Any payment made after the final submission date, will incur late payment charges. The deadline for final payment is 2 weeks prior to the conference date.
• Conference dates: 09-10 October 2026
