5. Conference Paper Retraction Policy Acknowledgement

I/we understand that once published, the full paper cannot be withdrawn without meeting the specific criteria outlined.
I/we agree to abide by the retraction policy and understand that no registration or processing fee refunds will be issued in the event of retraction.
I/we accept that a £100 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged for any author-initiated retraction request made more than 4 weeks after the paper's acceptance and inclusion in the proceedings.

6. Conference Paper Retraction Policy +

Author-Initiated Retraction
- Authors may request to withdraw their paper before the final proceedings are published.
- Requests must be made in writing and signed by all co-authors.
- Authors may request retraction if critical errors or inaccuracies are discovered… etc.
- Authors may also request retraction if the paper was submitted or accepted in error…
- After the proceedings are published, papers cannot be withdrawn unless a valid ethical/legal or critical error reason is provided.
Retraction Due to Ethical Violations
- Plagiarism is detected.
- Data fabrication or falsification is found.
- Duplicate submissions are identified.
- Significant authorship or conflict of interest issues arise.
Retraction Process
- A formal investigation will be conducted.
- If retraction is warranted, a notice will be added to the digital proceedings stating the reason.
- The paper will not be removed entirely but will be marked as “Retracted” to maintain the academic record.
No Refund Policy
- Registration or processing fees will not be refunded if a paper is retracted.
- A non-refundable administrative fee of £100 will be charged for processing any author-initiated retraction request made after 4 weeks.
