Dr John Wilson has almost fifty years’ teaching experience specialising in learning strategies and knowledge management. He has extensive international experience including two years in Sweden and four years in Saudi Arabia.  He was Continuing Professional Development manager at the University of Oxford and continues to teach there and at the University of Sheffield. He has written and edited eleven books including: International Human Resource Development; The Experiential Learning Handbook; Routledge Encyclopaedia of UK Education, Training and Employment; and, Dream: Your Life, Your Future.  His main interests lie in organizational problem solving and identifying coherent strategies for uncertain futures.
