CBERMr Dilip Chenoy

Mr Dilip Chenoy is the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry's Secretary General (FICCI). He is the permanent secretary of the industry chamber, India's largest and oldest apex business organisation, and a powerful advocate for policy change. The FICCI represents over 250,000 members. Dilip was the Managing Director and CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation before joining FICCI (NSDC). The NSDC encourages private sector investment and training and skill development initiatives. Mr Dilip Chenoy has also served as the Director General of several key industry organisations, including SIAM. He worked on the competitiveness of Indian industry as part of a Harvard Business School project led by Professor Michael Porter. With a diverse background in the private sector, he advises startups and organisations in the digital, education, skills, and livelihood spaces. Dilip has also held the position of Chairman of an Engineering Institute.

He received the Indian Achievers Award in 2018, the Game Changer Award in 2015, and the Rashtriya Media Ratan Award in 2013. He is a fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS).
