Dr. JoAnn Rolle is a globally recognized economist and transformation strategist with over 35 years of experience at the intersection of education, technology, and economic empowerment. As former Dean of the School of Business at Medgar Evers College (CUNY) and Past President of the National HBCU Business Deans Roundtable, she has pioneered equity-driven initiatives preparing diverse talent for the AI-driven future of work.Through her proprietary Tech-Enabled Futures™ framework, she advises organizations and government agencies on innovation, workforce transformation, and inclusive leadership. She is the author of Tech-Enabled Futures and A Handbook on the Future of Work and Entrepreneurship for the Underserved, both influential in shaping digital inclusion policy.
