Important dates

  1. Deadline for draft submission (Abstract/Full paper): 20th June 2023
  2. Deadline for workshop proposal submission: 20th June 2023
  3. Communicating the decision regarding acceptance/revision/rejection to the author(s): within 2 to 4 weeks post submission    
  4. The submission deadline for the final version of the abstract/full paper: 10th July 2023
  5. Early Bird payment discount: Eligible for a 10% discount if payment is received within 2 weeks post acceptance letter issuance.
  6. Late payment charges: Any payment made after the final submission date, will incur late payment charges. The deadline for final payment is 2 weeks prior to the conference date.
  7. Conference dates: 7-8 August 2023
